Return of a tropical Doctor

After seven years of working in a bush hospital the Dutch medical doctor Robert Veen returns to The Netherlands. With mixed feelings he looks back at these years and his farewel to the hospital. What are the differences in quality of life and what has contributed to his way of thinking?
